Have you tried opening the jpg in a picture editor, opening a text
editor like Wordpad at the same time, and copying the text into the
text editor (make sure you have a Czech font, they're free on the
net), then using a translator prog on that? It's some tedious extra
labor but if I really wanted to build something, I'd try it even
without the right font, and hope the translator got close enough. I
might even type in into a post here and run Google's translator on it.
