back in the seventies a machine was demo'd in a marsh and pond area. it found its way to Alaska for the pipeline construction.
national tv showed it again many years later when oil workers were trying to free some stranded whales(traped by seaice). the Russians brought in there new bigest todate icebreaker to complete the task. to my recollection, that machine was repaired for the task after years in storage. scissors rocks paper,,,den.
