No. The most they charge is 3% of the transaction. I use PayPal all the
time, most of it internationally. Recently Toho Studios paid my company
for a job using PayPal as it was faster and cheaper then any other
method and PayPal took less then 3% of the amount. I have been paid for
cars via PayPal and there was no large fees. I suspect those sites are
run by the people who dislike the company so they spread lies hoping to
do them harm by misleading people. Just check PayPal's site for all
their fees and you will see they are very small for the service they
provide.
