Yeah. it's delaying tactic. Your company might have ticked him off so he's made a game of it. For that amount he figures ?you'll just give up. I believe in the lawyer route, even at the additional cost. ?It is about principle and too often, too easily people decide not to follow through collecting these debts because of the cost and time involved.
