You can click on the 'Reply to author' link at the bottom of the post. That will send a message to just the author of the post.
You can click on the 'More options' link at the top right of a post. That will open another page where you will see a truncated version of the author's email address. Clicking on the three dots in the middle of the truncated address will take you to a page where you can unlock the entire email address by inputing the letters shown. That is for security reasons so people won't get spammed by bots. You can then send an email to the person, providing they are set up to receive unsolicited emails.
