Here are what I use for scoring. The top one is something that was purchased at a hobby store. It has two different sized tips. The bottom one is a crochet needle that I enclosed in a piece of wood to make a handle that is easier on the hands. It is used the most. A metal ruler is used as a straight edge to guide the scoring tool. The one shown has a channel down the middle for your fingers and two rubber strips along the bottom to help prevent slipping.
