Typically in cases like this the strategy is- if you don't read
Japanese (or if, like me, your browser's plugin that displays Japanese
characters is taking a day off), hover your mouse over the links at
the top, bottom, or side(s) of the page and watch whatever part of
your screen reveals where the links go; eventually you'll hit one that
says "Free Downloads" or similar. Click that.
(AFAICT there's only two of them available.)
