I left the designer a note on their blog. However it was in English so
I can not be sure he will understand it. If someone from Indonesia,
where the designer is located, would leave a similar comment about
possibly changing download providers or getting a paid Rapidshare
account, it would be most appreciated.
Also for any "Patlabor" fans, did you know the Tom Selleck film
"Runaway" is an unofficial prequel to the series. Writer/Director
Michael Crighton was clearly "inspired" (though not inspired enough to
actually credit where the ideas came from) by "Patlabor" enough that the
terminologies and basic concept of the special police force to handle
problems with industrial robots that he used them for the film. It might
be interesting to see yet another prequel dealing with these early days,
this time done by the actual creators of "Patlabor".
