A quick Google for images of "wurzburg radar" (without the quotes,
even) returns many images and some alternate spellings. I didn't spot
any paper models but there's at least one really nifty 3D model for
sale, and a boatload of reference pics if you want to roll your own.
There are at least three basic kinds of "Wurzburg" radar units though;
a small mobile unit built on a trailer, a larger fixed unit mounted on
a post sunk into the ground, and an even larger monster that needs
what looks like a poured concrete foundation. From this book cover:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bruneval-Raid-Stealing-Military-Paperbacks/dp/0304362212
the Bruneval unit was one of the "post" ones. However, on-scene
accounts of the pre-raid aerial photography, and the raid itself,
mention a "ten-foot dish" which sounds like the portable unit.
A parabolic dish is fairly straightforward to model (unless you want
all the support struts etc., but what scale [how detailed] are you
talking?) and the rest of the installation is either a boxy cabin with
a ladder/stairs and some struts and stuff to hold up the dish, or a
smallish trailer and a couple boxy shapes for the electronics.
