I've seen those types of messages before - I used to get them when going to 
my works bank. The server would time out when my dial up wasn't fast enough 
to get in. As it was a bank, I had to "fix" it by paying through the nose 
and getting a faster internet connection.

Maybe there is a piece of code in the script that is timing out the slower 
connections?
