Gail,

For everything except parts 32-34 I used Wausau Exact Index 90 lb (165
gsm) card which calipers to 0.0078 inch (0.198 mm) thickness. I won't
promise that it's the *best* paper weight for this, but it works best
for me in most cases. :-)

For parts 32-34 I used normal 20 lb inkjet paper, as recommended by ninjatoes.
