I picked one up in my travels yesterday, and played around with it
when I got home. It cuts beautifully, but it's hard to control and you
can't see where the actual blade is when it's embedded in the paper.
Probably good for freehand cutting where accuracy isn't important, but
forget about the "precision" part. :-/

I have a vague recollection of having done this once before, but I
haven't been able to find another one of these things in my tool kit,
so maybe I'm delusional.
