Disney is pretty serious about protecting their copyrights, so I wouldn't want to tempt fate in trying to use anything from the company without permission.
If you're interested in art related to the parks, California Adventure is beginning a MAJOR revamp, and they have quite a bit of the concept art for the new construction on display at the park. Since the initial concept there was a major fizzle, they are redoing probably 60% of the park, and adding one entirely new area based on the movie CARS.
