Hi All; I am using Win XP, service pack 2, and full Adobe Acrobat 8.0. My Browser is IE Firefox and I have no problems whatsoever saving these files.
my process.....double click on the picture and open it in Adobe. Once ther simplt click on the little disk icon in the toolbar and tell it where you want to put it. of course, you can print it right from Adobe if that's your choice.
