I have that show on MP4 from YouTube. The Chou Tofu he is eating is the "I dare you" variety. It is not the daily snack variety. Mind you, most people fresh off the boat from America would gag at the daily variety at first. But most Taiwanese wont go near the stuff that Zimmern was turning down. That stuff is nasty.
ALL ethnic food was originally based on a dare.
