Hello, everyone, Some of you may recall my meeting Jeff Hoke at San Diego Comic-Con a couple of years ago, and his impressive fanatsy work, "The Museum of Lost Wonders." At the time I could only afford to buy one model from what is normally a book-bound collection, and was quite impressed with the design and artwork.
Jeff contacted me this evening to report a new model for the Museum, titled "Tomb of Illumination." This is a commercial kit, bound as a "folio" with a 12-page monograph, the 11-page model, and 8-page model instructions. It has moving parts, according to Jeff. He's going to send me a copy for review, and I'll follow this up when it arrives. In the meantime, you can take a peek at it here: http://www.lostwonder.org/Folios/Folio_Tomb.html -- Mike Hungerford http://users.sdccu.net/chthulhu2/models.html A heinous crime, a show of force, (A murder would be nice, of course ...) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Papermodels II" group.
