Yet another barrier to community. Forcing someone to post is never a
good idea. What about those who are embarrassed by a lack of skill in a
language? Should they be forced to humiliate themselves? Forum, List, or
whatever, forcing posts is a very bad idea.

And how does using bandwidth to post something save bandwidth? The math
seems all wrong on that.
