cat, On the Pepakura Viewer toolbar, "Set Materials to Faces" is the second icon from the left. Make sure it's on. If the model has no textures assigned, then this has no effect. On the menu, click "Setting" and then "Print Setting." Select "Prints lines clearly (Vector print)" or "Print lines smoothly (Bitmap print)." The transparency slider only affects bitmap printing, and the thickness selector seems to affect both. What I found was that with the transparency slider near the left end of its range, and "Bitmap" lines selected, I couldn't see the lines at all. When there was also no texture, I got blank pages with just whatever text was on them. If you print with bitmap lines, start with the slider in the middle and see what happens; results will vary a bit from printer to printer. The fourth icon from the left on the toolbar puts ID numbers on all the tabs and their corresponding edges, and can be a real mess; make sure that's off before you print. If none of this helps, tell me which .PDO file(s) is/are giving you trouble and maybe I can look into the problem further. -- Mike Hungerford http://users.sdccu.net/chthulhu2/models.html A heinous crime, a show of force, (A murder would be nice, of course ...) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Papermodels II" group.
