Thanks Mike-- As a special treat for us, that area had the hottest May on record. Only three days were not over 90, and several were over 100. And that is in Springtime!
Geographical clarification--Vancouver is a big city on the mainland. Vancouver Island is a 300 mile long island about 25 miles off the coast.
