Hi, Annejala! With the file open in Pepakura Viewer, click on "Setting" and then on "Print Setting." Now either select "Print lines clearly (Vector print)" and set "Thickness of line" to 1 (try it at 1 first; you can change it if that's still hard to see), or select "Print lines smoothly (Bitmap print)" and set the "Transparency" slider near the middle. Also set the "Resolution (for bitmap print)" to "High."
