It looks like an Etch-A-Sketch drawing to me. Etch-A-Sketch was made by the Ohio Art Co. in Bryan, Ohio.
I worked during the summer of 1960 at that factory to help pay my way through college. The guy who filled the hopper with aluminum powder would get it all over his clothes. We used to yell, "Hi Ho Silver!" when he passed by.
