I wouldn't say that. There are a lot of mail-order companies that have still much to learn e.g. delivery times, keeping you informed etc... I recently ordered zombie figunrines from Wargames Factory. After 10 days they informed me, they overlooked the package and that they sent it as soon as they discovered their mistake. 1 week later it arrived containing a bit mor than I had ordered. good communication + good service. that's what they all should be like. Spiele-offensive.de sold me a game in german while I had ordered the English version. they instantly answered my mail and within the week I received the english components.
