I have to say, my web hosting service, ix web hosting has been very responsive with helping with the infestation.
They definitely had experienced folks looking at my website and contacting me throughout the ordeal. This, plus handling all my bandwidth and GB of data for the low price of $4/month. I highly recommend them as a webhosting service. I just got my first "real" indicator that I have the hacker beat; I just got a fake email from "ix web hosting" asking for my personal information. The hacker is now desperate to get back in and is sending me direct email attacks instead of getting into my site.
