Okay so let's say I personally purchase the software from company xyz,
I print and build up a bunch of models and someone I game with or
whatever wants to buy my models from me. Personally I can see no
problem with it as it's my effort and time and I retain the software,
etc. This scenario assumes its just the models by themselves.
Additionally there are two seperate sub scenarios here. 1)a one time
sale basis(not a business doing so) AND 2) a side personal business
doing that for people.

Personally my thoughts whether anyone disagrees would be no arm in a
one time thing but if you were to set up a business doing that you
should talk with company xyz to get/buy some kind of authorized dealer/
license agreement etc. I'm genuinely curious if someone disagrees with
that and would like to discuss it.

Another variation I'm a little more unsure of. Let's say I build a
terrain piece out of styrene and then use another company's product
whether it be hirst cast molds or of course our beloved paper models
to complete some areas. Interiors, etc.

Because it's something I've created and built can I not sell it
without hassles or again would I need some kind of agreements would
you think. You know for money grab sake their company position would
always be they want their cut. But honestly are they entitled to it if
you are not reselling the software, you are selling your creation that
uses some of their built models...

I've seen stuff people have sold using hirst art molds so that's
probably a bad example because they sell a tangible mold, not the
building you've built...But with the paper molds it's back to the
software arguments.

Thoughts???
