Thank you, Doug and Joe; I had some more elaborate, cut and glue pen stands in the works, and thought I should have a *very* simple one for non-paper-modeler types; that's what appeared in my head. :-)
Most single-pen rests are usually glass, ceramic, or plastic; multi-pen stands are usually acrylic, wood, or metal.
