I can't scan a copy of the receipt. I found out today thatmy HP Scanjet 4370 is no longer recognized by my computer. The motor and lamp work when I plug it in. Sometimes XP would tell me I plugged in a scanner but it had no driver and no driver could be found. Sometimes XP would tell me it's an unknown device. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. When the HP install asked me to plug in the scanner, the XP driver window came up and I went through the same thing again. The HP window never recognized the scanner. I told the install I'd plug it in later. After the install finished, I was back to unrecognized device.
