OK, Folks, here's my dilemna. My wife's computer has been out of commission since Thanksgiving, due to the sudden onset of a condition where the monitor receives no input from the PC. I just installed a brand new video card, making sure to follow the instructions as to grounding myself, disconnecting the power, etc., but the new video card doesn't work any better than the one I removed, so now I'm pretty well certain I've misdiagnosed this problem.
