OK if the POST beep is normal and all else including hard drive light is
flashing normally, that shows hard drive read, and you've reseated and
cleaned the vid card slot and RAM then the problem sounds like the PCIe
slot for that card may have expired...not normal but I have seen it.
Check BIOS battery as well....it needs to be at LEAST 3v, normally 3.2V,
if not then it can sometimes stop the PC from POSTing.
