I live on the west coast of North America, which is, admittedly, just about as far from the UK as one can get. The slow boat they use to ship magazines from there to here finally arrived, and I got my December issue of Marine Modelling International. What a fine coup for David Hathaway http://www.papershipwright.co.uk/index.shtml The cover story is one of his fine models of a small ship--not only that, but the model is printed on proper cardstock and included in the magazine.
