New from Japan (where else?) is Nyaruko-san , the return of Cthulhu's
old associate (the concept of "friend" never caught on among the
denizens of the Cthulhu Mythos), Nyarlathotep appearing in a series of
light novels (light is anything less heavy than Umberto Eco). Here is a
short anime from the DVD which accompanies the book (which I have
already ordered). NNyaruko-san is on the right. What can I say, it's Japan.
