I believe some of the problem stems from the sad fact that the designer
passed away, but his son was keeping the site up for fans of these models.
Perhaps he has not kept the maintenance up, and/or kept whatever fees were
required to keep the site active.  A number of the pictures of the finished
models appear to be replaced with what seems to be a default graphic from
the host site.  At least the models themselves appear to be available for
download, if you can sift through the annoying banners and default graphics
to find the download links.  Truly a wonderful set of models so if you are
interested in them and have not done so yet you might want to download
copies before those links disappear as well.
