That sounds like a delightfully good use of paper to build a model!

Please tell your son "Great Job!" from me. :)

And thank YOU for showing these to us.

Subject: [Papermodels II 41898] Two simple locomotive engines

Hi folks,

after not hearing too much from this group lately, I decided to write
a message myself, even if it's not exactly about paper"models".

For his school project about railways my son helped me to design two
simple engines*, one diesel, one steam which can be easily colored and
built by kids. He did the test builds "to be sure the other kids can
do it properly" (which I found good thinking for an 8-years old).

You can find the kit here: http://mag000de.gmxhome.de/

Cheers,

Martin

* It went: "Put a light here... the window must be rounder... the
wheels must have spokes..." :)
