I am having the same problem , as I told Mike H. about several months ago .
My work-around may seem odd to you , but I am able to get all the cannon
files without downoading them the regular way . Hang in there with me and
let me explain .
First , go to the file that you want . Then left click on the parts file .
This will take you to the download screen as if you were downloading to your
browser ( note : my screen stays blank and I don't see anything ) If it is a
large file , it will take a minute to load ( note : you STILL will not see
anything , at least thats the way it is on my computer )
Next , go up to where it says file , upper top left . Scroll down to where
it says send to . Click on email , which will bring you to a regular email
screen . Fill in YOUR email address and hit send . You are now sending the
cannon files , by email , to yourself . Depending on internet speed it may
take a few minutes for you to receive the file , look under attachments .
Then go back and do the sme for the instructions . Yes , it sucks doing it
this way , but , for me , its the only way I can get the files . If you have
