Excellent. I had one of those years ago and it arrived much like this
one...as a kit of parts. Yes, Lotus built this as a kit car for "Hare
and Hounds" competition. It was an insanely impractical but totally fun
vehicle. I replica (more like continuation in reality) is still in
production. One of these is featured in the anime OVA "Ex Driver".
