You have to send photos as attachments to emails in order for them to show up on the board. If you read the messages on the website only instead of through your email client either attach them to the first email you send to start a conversation or forward an email to yourself from an already started conversation then reply and attach the photos to your reply email making sure you keep the email subject the same as the original.
