Strange, I lived in a semi rural area 10 years ago and we had broadband
and now friends from seriously rural areas have it. Broadband isn't just

I see P3s doing just fine on all but the most punishing sites and they
handle YouTube just fine. Sure you may need to do some tweaking but that
is normal. Also have you noticed the Atom systems? They are great for
net cruising, have impressive onboard sound and video and cost about $80
if you reuse memory, HD, case etc. A full on all new maxed out Atom runs
about $300 which still is not bad. They make a great DVR as well.
add larger user unfriendly programs to replace compact fairly well done
programs, (Just to please the increasingly Lazy programers who are no
longer capible of writing compact program code).
Something I have griped about for years but nowadays they have the
overhead to be able to do it and the companies actually encourage
bloated code to make their product look more impressive to the clueless
buyers.
sent from someone who can't afford the luxury of an iPhone!
