Taiwan has nothing to do with China.... well, at least the PEOPLE have nothing to do with it... the current president is making money from them. But the problem seems to be Safari - or the link. You see, the page is based at HiNet... and HiNet is my ISP! No amount of change seems to allow me to access a page that is hosted IN my country and ON my ISP.
