this is a difficult one. they aren't selling the files to print the models. They're selling printed versions of them. That may be OK for some paper model manufacturers, not all (e.g. at Fiddler's Green one can buy an anual sellers license) but I know for a fact that Games Workshop (Games Moneyshop as we call 'em here) won't be happy with those warhammer 40k models they're selling since there's no way they would get a license for that. BTW : the seller appears to be Chinese, so you can forget about copyrights etc... you'll probably only succeed in getting his objects banned from the site.
