If you click on the link in any of the models to go to her store, you will find even more free models for sale. I think she has something from most if not all of the model designers in this group. Some of the designers may have let her sell the printed-out models, but most of them have notices on their site stating they don't allow it.
The Bates Mansion on the store site is using Ray's picture from his site. It even says Haunted Dimensions by Ray Keim in the corner of the picture. I'm going to email him to ask if he knows. I'm also going to see in I can leave comments on the site telling people they can print these themselves for free.
