Thanks for the responses guys. :) I'm going to blow him up (in size - and no, not by blowing in the exhaust) and give him to my nephew. :) Because it's paper, my sister will be able to attach it to the wall or ceiling if she wants, without fear of it hurting him if it falls. :D
