My 2 cents.. When I had my ip block software on, it wouldn't let me get through - when I turned it off, I had no problems. :) Could be something inbuilt with people's security settings. The IP that is being blocked belongs to Claranet UK Ltd. Must be something to do with the DNS settings, marking that IP as dangerous to privacy. ;)
