Wildman,

Your e-mail client shouldn't be loading the videos automatically: it
should only be offering you links to their Youtube pages. This
particular "Well it *is* .." post was only 6Kb.

If you keep your e-mail client set to read everything in plain text,
that should help. It sounds like yours is set to buffer the full video
as soon as it sees a link.
