Since I often take my models with me when I travel, I usually rough cut them 
from the full sheets so they will fit in an envelope, then I will do the 
detailed cutting when I'm working on assembly.

I made a new papercraft webpoll on my weblog a little while ago: do you cut out 
all the parts for a paper model you're building at once, or do you only cut out
