For Japanese I use: http://www.excite.co.jp/world/english/web/

This is a Japanese site (written in Japanese). You put in the URL,
click on the lower left box and then the far right box surrounded by
orange. It is made to translate English to Japanese, but works both
ways. I don't speak Japanese, so I can't verify the accuracy, but it
translates more than http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ which handles two
types of Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese,
Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Babelfish will translate
phrases or URLs based on the box you put it in and translates in both
directions. It is not as comprehensive and does not leave the photos
at times, but great if you don't speak the language.
