Cut into rectangular strips, add glue to the unprinted side, roll to shape around a straight wire, and slide off before the glue dries. Make more than necessary so that each gun is a close match. The tire tread now appears as even spaced white rings around the gun barrel. Once the barrels are dry, slide each into the wing pre-drilled holes. The rings assist in eye-balling all four guns to match the four opposite wing guns. This technique requires no fussing with rulers and other measuring instruments. Apply paint to hide the light colored rings. I hope this technique is of some value to you, Bob Penikas -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Papermodels II" group.
