The two "Enterforaprizes" were made by Erwin from the Cut&Paste Sci-Fi
website:

"Sevships").

The original Enterforaprize was available once as a free download
through the Sev Wide Web once, and with the Wayback machine you can
still find it:

The Enterforaprize-D was never free, but it does seem to have dropped
a bit in price, though. ;o)
