Including his "ears" he stands about 25.5 cm tall (about 10 inches) when printed on ISO A4 paper. He'll probably be a few mm smaller on US Letter paper, so if you only want to make him "bigger", you can roughly estimate how much you should scale him and you won't be off your mark by a whole lot I think. ;o)
