I'm afraid I don't speak Japanese myself, and Google Translate won't translate what's basically a Flash movie, so if it is mentioned on the site when the other parts will be released (or whether they'll be available only for a limited time?) I'm afraid I didn't find it, sorry... :o( If I understand the news archive from the site correctly though, I think this first part was released on July 1st already: http://www.calbee.co.jp/news/ So it's not (bi)weekly, maybe it's a monthly thing, but don't hold me to it...! If you like the model, the best thing to do is download the first PDF file already of course, and bookmark the site and check back from time to time to see whether the other two parts have been released already.
