A quick look suggests that the Explore is a response to the Cameo.
They're comparably priced, and the two advantages I see in the Explore
are the material preset dial (vs. in-software settings plus physical
blade depth in the Cameo) and the dual holder that carries a knife and
a pen simultaneously. Mostly it's just more convenient in those
regards than the Cameo, not necessarily better. We'll have to wait for
someone to actually try one.

What I *don't* see mentioned is any sort of page registration system,
such as the Cameo has, that lets you load a previously-printed page
into the cutter and have it align itself to the print. That won't
matter if you're letting the Explore draw and cut in the same process,
but it will greatly limit the appearance of the finished product.
