Thank you bONES, : ยท )

I have been spending time on the Internet downloading reference photos for
rigging, have purchased lengths of thin wire
and am pondering.

I have gone the weighted thread route before on other models; guess I want to
try something different.

Nice job theer Bob, are you going to rig this model ?. My mate PICNIC is
building the FG Sopwith Dolphin and has done the rigging by hanging cotton
thread from a table with a weight on the end and coating with PVA glue. When
dry he has simply cut the pieces to length and fitted. This gets around the
problem of "furry" rigging and the need to use mono which is troublesome.
pOST SOME PICS WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED.

bONES....aarrrgh I hate the capslock key !!!, wish I could touch type but I'm
too lazy to bother.

Howdy Folks,

This nicely designed and detailed model was a free download from
Papermodelers.com.

Printed on Wausau 90 lb exact index.

Thought I'd share a few in-process photos of the build:

        SCORING:
Done on a light table with two layers of Kleenex tissue as padding.
A plastic business card was the straight edge and a worn out ball point
pen made the impression.

        WHEELS:
After cutting out and fumbling with all the paper tire rings, I
substituted discs punched out of a Cheerios cereal box cover
and will sand to shape later.

        PARTS READY FOR ASSEMBLY:
The wing rib scoring is evident in this snap shot. The shine is from
several coats of Krylon Clear Acrylic gloss.
